Our 2025 Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromatics of citrus blossom, tropical fruits, and fresh-cut herbs, leading into a bright, layered palate of lime zest, passion fruit, and stone fruit. Subtle mineral undertones and crisp acidity provide energy and precision, while a rounded texture adds depth.

Lupin Ridge Estate vineyard is mountain Cabernet at its finest. It is the highest elevation vineyard in the Moon Mountain District AVA and is planted exclusively to clone 337 Cabernet Sauvignon. The difficult, high elevation growing conditions lead to very small yields as a result of the tiny intensely flavored grape clusters produced under those conditions. We farm the vineyard organically, and are in process of switching it over to biodynamic.

Our 2023 Ghost Block Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, made from 100% Old Mondavi Clone 7 grapes, is hand-picked, destemmed and fermented in a stainless steel open-top tank. After a four-day cold soak, fermentation peaks at 95 degrees, with regular pump-overs and punch-downs to enhance extraction. The wine spends 21 days on the skins before being pressed dry, with the free-run juice kept separate for purity. Aged for 19 months in 75% new French oak, it develops refined tannins, deep dark fruit, and elegant oak spice, creating a Cabernet of exceptional structure and complexity.
